Explaining the breakdown:
Rink Fee for Training
This fee covers all training sessions for the season. Not all teams have the same amount of rink time during the year, but it all works out at $18 per session for everyone.
IHNSW Officials Fee
IHNSW charges each team that have accredited game officials (Referee and 2 line officials). Not applicable to all teams.
Game Day First – 4 x games
The first four games of the season are paid for by the club, giving the time for team managers to get organised and start collecting for all subsequent games. Not applicable to all teams.

The season and teams are official and registration is now open.
Current registration expires on the 28th of February so in order to continue with pre-season training and events you must register or renew by this coming Monday.
Below is the breakdown for each grade:
Club Officials
These memberships are only for non-playing members like volunteer parents, coaches, managers or club representatives. So for example, if you play on a team and ref, you only need your playing membership and can ignore the ref.

JUNIOR – Under 18 on March 1st IHNSW Membership – $122.00 IHA Membership – $143.00 ICE ZOO Membership – $45 Total: $305

The first 2 Tuesdays and Wednesdays will be held for a “Come and Try” for 7u, 9u, 11u, and 13u, 15u, and Juniors, respectively.

Cost
For Youth (7u-15u and Junior) Players
The fee for the programme for all sessions from Week 1 to the end of March is $120. For any payments, please use the IZHC bank account details below.
If you have made an ‘Early Bird’ payment, this will cover the cost. If you do not want the Club use the ‘Early Bird’ payment towards this programme, please email with your instructions.
For Seniors and Womens
The cost to attend both the Tryout sessions (Week 1 and 2) is $40.
The Pre-season Training cost (Week 3 to Week 6) is $80.

The total amount for the tryout and pre-season training (6 weeks) is $120.

COVID Protocols
Please follow the protocol as set out by the rink or as indicated by IHNSW and/or The Office of Sport NSW.
If you’re a current club member you are eligible to sign up for the Early Bird Registration option and secure your spot on a team for the 2022 season and get a $30 discount towards your training fees.
(This also enables the club’s to prepare everything for the next 2022 season more efficiently.)

The ‘Early Bird’ payment is an advance payment towards the 2022 training fees
Pay $120 to the Ice Zoo Hockey club account (details below) by 17 January 2022 and save $30 off your or (child’s) team training fees.
Then you or your child will be guaranteed a spot to play for their age team.
You or your child does not have to qualify for the Club’s team through a try-out or any other selection process.
Please note, you will still need to also pay the club registrations for 2022 season (set late Feb) including Ice Hockey NSW and Ice Hockey Australia.

For 14 years and over: You will be on either the Bantam, Juniors, Women or Senior team, based on a coach assessment.
The ‘Early Bird’ payment is non-refundable, decides to register for another club.
The Club will fully reimburse the ‘Early Bird’ payment if the Club cannot register the team you are registering for or if you have not been selected by the coach (Point #4).
The entire ‘Early Bird’ payment is considered as an advance payment of the player’s Training Fees for the 2022 Season worth $150 but you pay $120 ($30 discount).
